A wonderful opportunity to be taught by an experienced senior teacher – Alan Brown.

Alan has practiced Iyengar Yoga for over 40 years and has been teaching for the last 30 years. He became a full time Iyengar Yoga teacher in 1990 after the first of many visits to the Iyengar Yoga Institute in India to study with BKS Iyengar.
