Confident Mentoring Workshop for IYUK Teachers and Mentees
This workshop is for any Iyengar teacher or registered trainee wishing to find out more about mentoring. You will need to be logged into the IY(UK) website in order to access the booking form. The Event will be held at Yoga Metta in Leeds on Sunday 16 February, 11am – 4.30pm, spaces are limited to 15 places at a cost of £35ppn.
Exchange of Learning Day in York with Debbie Bartholomew - for Iyengar Yoga Teachers and Trainees

Overview
Established in 1991, we are the virtual home of Iyengar Yoga across Yorkshire and Lancashire. We are a not for profit organisation of teachers and students who study the Iyengar method of Yoga.
What We Do
We serve our large network of practitioners and have over 50 teacher members who provide hundreds of classes as well as organising workshops with local, national and internationally recognised teachers.
Our Community
We aim to keep our community up to date with a network of information about Iyengar yoga and Iyengar yoga events in Yorkshire and Lancashire via our website, bi-annual newsletter and social media pages.
Our Aims
To promote public understanding of the practice of Yoga according to the principles of B.K.S Iyengar
To disseminate the Iyengar Yoga method through yoga classes, workshops and celebrations
To support our teachers and students in their yoga journey
To connect our community of Iyengar yoga practitioners within our region
